A large part of the rural population engages mostly in agriculture and other menial jobs. Women in such areas are confined only to household work and do not have a voice of their own. Job outsourcing is a nonexistent aspect in such areas. Dhiraj Dolwani, a social entrepreneur has not only introduced job alternatives in these areas but has also given these people opportunities to grow beyond traditional boundaries. His all-inclusive work environment has led a large number of women to step up for themselves and take up jobs outside their homes.
