Show Notes

How can we create great content that not only sells a product, but makes a massive impact on our audiences?

When we think of memorable marketing, most of us are likely to feel overwhelmed. How do we even begin to craft something that people resonate with, for years to come?

Most of the time, the best ideas come from the moments we separate ourselves from daily tasks and allow our minds to wander.

In this episode, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Harmon Brothers, Daniel Harmon joins me to discuss how memorable marketing campaigns come to life.

There is so much value in boredom. Some of the best ideas come from white space. -Daniel Harmon

3 Things You'll Learn in This Episode

Become the customer

To market a product the right way, we need to use it ourselves to see what sets it apart. We have to become genuinely passionate about it. Remember, nothing sells better than the truth.

Relax

The best ideas tend to come to us when we're relaxed. Do enough work beforehand so that when we're in a state of relaxation, our brains can fill in the blanks.

Go out and experience culture

When we're passionate about what we do, it's easy to slip into a cycle of only consuming information related to our businesses. Go out and see what the audience is doing; otherwise, we risk repeating what everyone in our space is already doing.
