Ross just want people to be themselves but do encourage people to keep that business/spiritual mindset. Next they go into talking about being a risk taker vs. conservative and explain their reasoning on which one they are. Doug feels that its a risk if you do not take risks. K. Ross feels like he's learned so much from taking risks that when you talk about "hard work", you're going to mention his name! Enjoy.
