- Two new characters are introduced in Numbers. A king and a prophet.
- Balak is horrified of Israel.
- Balak offers to pay Balaam for his "Prophet" services, but this was clearly a wrong thing to do.
- Jenn talks about how it's better to just obey God the first time, even if it looks better to disobey.
