Finally after having written to the Romans that he wanted to come and impart a spiritual gift to them, Paul makes it to Rome. He is under house arrest but preaches from there. The book of Acts ends abruptly with us not knowing what happens to Paul. Later Paul is released by Nero, travels again - probably to Crete, returns to Rome, is arrested a second time, and executed by the sword.
