In Psalms 125 we have the sixth of 15 songs of ascension - pilgrim songs sung on the way to Jerusalem for the annual feasts. This song talks compares the love of God to the mountains which surround Jerusalem. As they sung this song - they could see the mountains - a visual reminder of God’s grace.
