In this episode, we consider the last three of seven churches that Jesus wrote this letter to, Sardis, Philadelphia and Laodicea. Revelation wasn't a letter written specifically to us, in the twenty-first century, but to seven churches in the province of Asia in the first century. In making the message apply to us today, the context matters.
