We talk about the shocking violence, the difference between a movie like this and "torture porn" like Hostel, the twists and turns, and the thought-provoking message in the ambiguous ending!
Just a heads up though - if you haven't seen this movie already, consider this a serious content warning for abuse and self-harm. It's powerful and integral to the movie, but hard to watch.
