Ian is a serial entrepreneur; he has built multiple businesses over the years. In 2013, he exited his latest company and started looking for new ways to invest his money. That’s how he came across the concept of real estate crowdfunding. Many companies were promising the moon, but Ian wasn’t sure how to choose the one to trust.
