Activist Mark Wallace returns to talk speed cameras. Specifically, yesterday's City Council vote in which the mayor got her way. And, Mark contends, Black people will continue to pay. He explains. Also, a word or two or three about Donald Trump's phone call to state Rep. Robin Vos, the Michael Madigan of Wisconsin (Republican version). Apparently, Trump's arrogance and contempt for the law has no limits.
