Taking you back to 2/27/2018 – In this episode, a long time friend of the show and one of the pellet cooker pioneers, Ed “Fast Eddy” Maurin is featured in this week’s show and we discuss a bit of his passion for Baja racing…we also talked about where the pellet cooker market was sitting back then and where it was poised to go. Eddy also talks about the best features of cooking with pellet girls regardless of manufacturer. Eddy is an all-timer…he was a successful competition guy, a MAJOR success in pellet cooker building and a great ambassador for both the pellet portion of the industry and BBQ in general. Currently…you can see Eddy selling a new brand of pellet…I think the website is “Grilling Pellets” if I’m not mistaken…gotta have Eddy back on the show in 2023…been too long!
