The Athletic's Stewart Mandel joins the program to discuss college football and its changing landscape. Mandel is fired up about some of the comments made by SEC commissioner Greg Sankey. Mandel can't believe that the SEC and the Big Ten have been trying to secure four automatic bids, regardless of the outcome, in a potential postseason. Mandel thinks that the Big Ten is focused on the expansion of the College Football Playoff so that he can add a plau-in tournament for the Big Ten to decide who gets the final two automatic bids to the CFP. Mandel thinks that the moves the SEC and Big Ten are trying to make could potentially ruin the game of college football.
