National recruiting analyst for 247 Sports, Greg Biggins joins the program to discuss what is going on in the college football recruiting world as we head into spring games. Biggins says that the Ducks are still dominating on the recruiting trail. Is Sacramento State a real threat to some of the other California teams now that they are going to be an independent?
