Business lawyer Alan Thayer joins the program to disucss the litigation between the Mountain West and the Pac-12. Thayer talks to Canzano and tell him what he would do if he was the Pac-12 and what he would if he was the Mountain West in this situation. Thayer thinks this could be a simple settlement that is all about money, or it could get ugly and drag out for a long time. Thayer talks about the risks for the Pac-12 if the judge says they violated the poaching fees.
