Attorney Alan Thayer joins the program to discuss the litigation between the Pac-12 and the Mountain West. Thayer is shocked at how long this has lasted and says that this is not normal for a mediation to last this long. Thayer talks about why this has lasted so long and what it could mean at the end of the ruling. Thayer suggests that the Pac-12 may be employing a strategy that pits UNLV and the Mountain West against each other, creating a conflict of interest.
