Celebrated poet Frederick Turner discusses Apocalypse, a science fiction epic poem which tells an SF story in the mode of Homer, Virgil, and Milton, that is now being serialized on the Baen.com web site. Turner discusses the characters, plot, and setting of his epic, and shares his thoughts on telling stories in the poetic mode, and the somewhat degraded state of modern poetry and his hopes for its rejuvenation.
