Dr. Grant shares how her mother inspired her interest in youth ministry at a young age, and how it influenced her to mentor students throughout her educational career. Dr. Grant has a Doctorate in Pharmaceutical Sciences from the University of Tennessee Health Science Center; and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from the University of Mississippi–Oxford. Dr. Grant has held various administrative leadership roles in higher education building programs and partnerships that support student success throughout the STEM pathway. As Chief Innovation Architect at JSG Innovation Labs, she designs formulas for success through innovative mentoring, coaching and consulting.
