Show Notes

Anne Kjaer Riechert, co-founder of ReDI School is tackling one of the globe's most difficult and pressing problems, finding a safe haven for people fleeing some of the most chaotic and dangerous parts of the world. And while ReDI school is unlike any other startup, it faces some of the same issues of scale, speed, and purpose as any other startup. In tackling all of that, Kjaer Riechert describes how her very international team communicates and moves forward together, why she loves her bicycle, and how she has been very deliberate about scaling the school.
