- How the wounds and trauma that we experience growing up within our families sabotage the way in which we show up in this world
- Some of the steps that we can take to interrupt patterns and the importance of allowing yourself to grieve and a being a witness to your pain
- Being intentional and sitting with the feelings you are in but not being owned by your wounds
- Coping strategies that disconnect us vs bring us closer to self
