Today I am proud to share a conversation that I had with you with Liam Bassett. He is the Director of Digital Learning (P-12) at Westbourne Grammar School.
In 2021, he was recognised as an excellence awardee for Education Rising Star of the Year at the Australian Education Awards. Most recently, he was also listed as one of The Educator’s Rising Stars of 2022.
He is a collaborative and empowering leader and believes that management is based on trust and that in order for productivity and innovation to thrive, we need to create environments where the team members we serve can thrive.
