Dr Ray Boyd has decades of experience in the public education system, including 20 years as an educational leader. In 2014, Ray was named WA Primary Principal of the Year. More recently he became the Foundation Principal for Dayton Primary School.
This is the second time I have had the privilege of having him on the podcast and it was a wonderful opportunity. We talked about many things, including small daily decisions, The Air Force One Approach and knowing when to quit.
