Glass: Collins glass

Garnish: Cherry on top, fresh mint and optional, an umbrella!

Directions & Ingredients

  • 1 oz White Rum
  • ½ oz Mezcal
  • ¾ oz Peach liqueur, you can do the full 1 oz but I don’t love the flavor as much

Add to a cocktail shaker and shake!

Double strain into a collins glass filled with crushed ice.

TIP: How to make brown butter syrup – something that has zero to do with this drink, but who the hell doesn’t want to know how to do this? Plus, we did it for you @thebarintern!
