Part Seven highlights arguably the least celebrated but most important element of George Graham’s shift to European readiness – the midfield engine. While big names still adorned the attack and the back line, Graham overhauled the midfield to make it more physical and workmanlike, erring on the side of control. This episode also highlights the semifinals against PSG in the Cup Winners Cup tournament.
