It was like one of those feel-good Disney movies where the underdog, although valiantly defeated by the all-powerful baddy, still scores the moral victory. We recorded on the whistle with a raw discussion on a night to forget. Not so long ago we were wondering about whether we were a half-decent team again. Was it just another false dawn?
