A Special Weather Statement is tracking a strong thunderstorm southeast of Freeman, moving slowly northeast toward Casa Grande. While this storm brings localized heavy rain and gusty winds, most of Arizona stays dry and hot today. This Sunday starts mild with temperatures in the low 70s across the valleys.
