Under-18 assistant coach James Bradley, who was given the disappointment of not being offered a professional deal at Home Park 11 years ago, talks about his role in helping try and create the best footballers at Argyle.
He remembers the joy of training with the first team to the heartbreak of being released. He fell out of love with the sport but found it again as a coach and is now hoping to impart his experiences on future stars.
