The GSEs are changing the way appraisals are done. Specifically, we are seeing more desktops, bifurcated, and hybrid appraisals. Also, California just made it a whole lot easier to complain about an appraisal. Tim Andersen, The Appraiser's Advocate, joins us to discuss.
