Show Notes

In this episode, Gina discusses a phenomenon known as digital apnea and how it relates to anxiety. Digital apnea occurs when we hold our breath during moments we are using our digital devices and looking at our screens. Studies have shown that humans tend to do this naturally! Gina offers some alternatives to combat the ill effects of this phenomenon, including walking and becoming more conscious of our breath and breathing patterns.
