So many of our thoughts are subconscious or we are not aware of them and in many many ways that is a good thing. We also tend, when we are challenged with anxiety, to put many thoughts into our subconscious without any awareness of what we are thinking this is adding fuel to our anxious negative thinking. 

Today Gina talks about how to use our awareness and consciousness to help erase some of that anxious negativity.
