Former Eagles defenseman C. J. Gardner-Johnson criticized the team yesterday after reports surfaced about his departure over salary cap problems. Johnson claimed the Eagles treated him like a "test dummy." In his second major league appearance, Mick Abel showed promise, but the team failed to generate any runs to help the rising pitcher.
