Michelle Slater, a scholar of comparative literature and president of the educational non-profit Mayapple Center for the Arts and Humanities in Connecticut. She holds a PhD in French from Johns Hopkins University. And that’s just the beginning! She is also the author of “Soulmate Dog” - a memoir of her relationship with a very special dog named Brady. This heartfelt read also documents her journey into Animal Communication and reconciles it with her successful academic career.
