I’m a little bit nervous in this episode because I have so much to learn about this topic. It’s out of my comfort zone and I want to get it right. That’s why I am so thrilled to have Louise O’Reilly, an Inclusion and Diversity Coach, to educate us around inclusion and diversity in our business today.
We are going to be tackling so much on the topic including the difference between inclusion and diversity, how it specifically relates to businesses, why it is important to our businesses, and what’s stopping us from practising it. We also talk about what white privilege is and why it’s stopping us from having inclusion and diversity in our business; the importance of acknowledgement of country; and 3 ways we can do to improve inclusion and diversity in our businesses.
