The last three years have not been great for civil liberties in Canada, but this year takes the cake with the government invoking the Emergencies Act to crackdown on peaceful protesters in Ottawa. Justice Centre for Constitutional Freedoms president John Carpay joined True North's Andrew Lawton to talk about the state of civil liberties in Canada in 2022 and what's on the horizon in 2023.
