New data from the Quebec Professional Association of Real Estate Brokers shows that 43 per cent of residential sales in 2025 were completed without a legal warranty, a dramatic increase from just 12 per cent in 2011. Mortgage broker Roy Nakhal spoke to Ken Connors.
