The federal government said they will add $125 million more into the Unsheltered Homelessness and Encampments Initiative (UHEI). PLUS $1 billion will be invested to create more supportive and transitional housing across Canada. Here in Montreal: A public inquiry has been launched into a series of deaths among unhoused people in the city. James Hughes, President and CEO, Old Brewery Mission, spoke to Andrew Carter.
