Alec Baldwin certainly seems to have an open-and-shut conviction waiting for him on the charge of involuntary manslaughter. I've also discussed how there's a legal path to a conviction for felony murder.
Today we explore the legal path for Baldwin to be found guilty of MURDER murder.
SECOND: We will cover how fellow actor on the "RUST" movie set, #JensenAckles, made sure his own gun safety practices would NEVER have allowed him to unintentionally shoot someone dead on a movie set, as he discussed with law enforcement during a police interview shortly after the tragic shooting of Halyna Hutchins by #AlecBaldwin.
THIRD: We will cover the shooting by an off-duty Alabama officer of a Jeep-driving maniac at the end of his home driveway.
FOURTH: We will cover the upgrading to murder of the criminal charges of Democrat political activist #ShannonBrandt, who ran over and killed 18-year-old #CaylerEllingson for the offense of being politically conservative.
