15 Rules of Poverty
This time, we’re taking a look at what governs poverty and why some people can not seem to escape it. Although there are many different types of poverty, in order to keep it concise we’re going to use the statistical analysis: Simply put, the bottom 20% of any society in terms of living standards qualifies as poor. - in the same way the top 20% qualifies as rich, and everyone else in different levels of the middle class.
