Recently listeners have been asking whether the Alpha state, due to having the emotions ‘under control,’ is, therefore, a purely rational state. In this episode, we discuss how the Alpha state, rather than being rational, is in fact beyond both rationality and the emotions. The Alpha state is a quantum state!
We look at some concepts in quantum mechanics such as superposition and wave function collapse, discovering how the Alpha mindset works in incredibly similar ways. Rather than being in a beta place of restrictive, binary thinking, we begin to understand how we are completely free instead.
