Also known as “composite extremism”, this form of terrorism generally does not just follow one ideology but instead a combination of a few, largely fueled from social media. This also includes known “lone wolf” terrorist and attackers such as the man who shot of Edmonton City Hall last year. The grievance's these terrorists go by can include and range from climate change to the ongoing conflict in Gaza.
