Alex is joined by Dave Perry, Former Homicide Detective to discuss 22-year-old Chinese national who was kidnapped from a Markham parking garage has been found safe in Gravenhurst.
York Regional Police Const. Andy Pattenden told reporters Wanzhen Lu walked up to a home on Doe Lake Road before 9 p.m. on Tuesday to ask for help.
“He knocked on the door of the residence and a homeowner found him there and called police right away,” Pattenden said.
