Trudeau gave an reannouncement in London about a housing plan. He stated this 18 months ago during an election and that promise didn't happen. 18 months later and finally the Liberals sign the first agreement under the 4 billion housing accelerator which will give London 74 million dollars to fast track the construction of two thousand homes over 3 years.
