Alex Pierson speaks with Yvan Baker, Liberal MP for Etobicoke Centre, about his concerns with Toronto mayor Olivia Chow blaming the federal government for its budget shortfalls. Mayor Chow and Toronto's budget chief warned that if the Trudeau government doesn’t cough up an extra $250 million to help the city with housing, homelessness and refugees by Jan. 26, that residents will face an additional 6% tax hike on their property taxes, totaling 16.5 per cent.
