They talk about the whereabouts of Tennis Star Peng Shuai, who has been all but completely out of the public eye after she tweeted that a high-ranking Chinese official had previously sexually assaulted her. Alex and Yaqui discuss why the messages from Shuai are dubious at best, China's history of silencing dissenters, and what not only the Tennis world, but our Olympic Athletes should be worrying about.
Next, Alex speaks with Paul Bucher, the former District Attorney for Waukesha County and currently representing one of the children injured in the SUV attack on the Christmas Day Parade in Waukesha. They talk about Darrell Booker's first day in court, why he was able to be out on the streets when he should've been locked up, and Paul updates Alex on a recent death of one of the victims of the attack.
Finally, Alex speaks with Chris Sankey, a Sr. Fellow at the Macdonald-Laurier Institute  
They talk about the blockade of the pipelines in northern B.C., and why just one group of protestors do not speak for every indigenous community with regards to energy independence.
