Host Alex Pierson is joined by Sylvain Charlebois, the Director of the Agri-Food Analytics Lab as well as a professor in food distribution and policy at Dalhousie University. As a respected authority in food safety and food issues at large, professor Charlebois breaks down why its not recommended to re-freeze thawed beef, and if this is something that's even safe for consumers.
