Alex is joined by Dr. Oren Amitay, Registered Psychologist, DocAmitay.com to talk about a recent journal published by the American Psychological Association that sets out guidelines to help experts work with men and boys. It also states that over 40 years of research has lead to the conclusion that "traditional masculinity is psychologically harmful and that socializing boys to suppress their emotions causes damage that echoes both inwardly and outwardly".
