Major crime spike on TTC. Host Alex Pierson speaks with Tom Burnside, TTC Chair, about the sense of disorder when using the TTC. We need a solution to keep the homeless out of the TTC shelters before the winter. A plan will be put into place when the weather gets colder to help the homeless find another shelter. We need to be compassionate and connect services.
