Alex checks back in with our good friend Charles Khabouth, the CEO of INK Entertainment. The hospitality industry has taken a massive hit during this pandemic, and Charles is no exception. He tells Alex he has lost about half of his staff in all restaurants due to the pandemic, and hopes that this time we stay open for sure. They talk about what Charles has to do to be ready for the reopening, and if it will be enough to help re-coup losses.
