Next, Alex is joined by Christian Leuprecht, professor at both the Royal Military College of Canada and Queen's University and a Fellow at the Macdonald Laurier Institute. Christian tells Alex that although we sent lethal weapons over to Ukraine, much of it is not up-to-date and not in the best condition.
And finally, Alex is joined by Mike O’Leary, a Canadian living in Lviv for 6 years who fled to Poland when the Russian invasion started making progress inwards. Mike recounts his journey to Alex, including his 41 hours spent in line at the border in freezing conditions.
