Show Notes
Guest host Ben Mulroney speaks with Ron Dalton, Co-President of Innocence Canada about Clarence Woodhouse being exonerated for 1973 Winnipeg murder he didn't commit. The man was charged with murder since 1973…that is 51 years ago…and spent 12 years incarcerated. In Canada “life” means 25 years before parole eligibility. Was he deemed ineligible for his parole because he didn’t show remorse for a crime he didn’t commit?
