Bill C-11 is the modernization of the regulation of streaming and social media services that was the failed Bill C-10. There is a desperate need to modernize these laws to regulate streaming, but there are plenty who are worried that this could be an overreach. Alex Pierson is joined by Kevin Desjardins, the President of the Canadian Association of Broadcasters to break down the intent of BIll C-11, who it is targeting, and why Canada is in need of regulation like this.
